Te Kani Kani Kapua Iterangi Tomoana-Tu, 29, a maintenance worker, is accused of dangerous driving causing the death of Owen Lloyd on Friday,March 20.
He appeared in court on Monday and was further remanded on bail until April 7. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years’ jail and a fine of $20,000.
