Re: Homeless dad’s plight, December 5 story.I have had Lance as a guest at our motel on more than one occasion. The most recent, due to availability, Lance spent the night with his son in an upstairs studio, changing to a one-bedroom suite the next day. The cleaners came and got me to sight the room they had to clean. I spoke with Lance and said that it was unacceptable and please respect this room. I could have saved myself the time and the world of oxygen for all the good it did. I had three cleaners in his room for over an hour the next day when two cleaners can service a room in less than 30 minutes usually. We have had numerous clients from MSD and for the most part they have been exemplary guests. Na Jaki Furniss, Motel manager
