Hip-hop world championship competitors 98 Cents, aka Kylah Ashwell and Paul Hawaikirangi, are running dance classes at the Musical Theatre Gisborne clubrooms for young and older alike on Friday.

FRIDAY

Free trial dance class with hip-hop duo 98 Cents: 5-5.45pm – hip-hop for children aged 5-11 years; 6-7pm – hip-hop for 12 years and over. Musical Theatre Gisborne clubrooms, 101 Innes St.

Monthly Open Vinyl Nights: Once a month, the turntables are yours. Each night has a theme. Bring five vinyl tracks that fit, pop your name on the board and grab a slot. 7-10pm, Dome Cinema & Bar, 38 Childers Rd.

SATURDAY

Tatapouri Bay Cafe: Start with sunrise yoga at 7am, then stay for coffee and live music with Annabelle and Ash from 10am. There is also a second-hand stall with pre-loved treasures from 9.30am. Everyone welcome. Tatapouri Bay, 516 Whangara Rd.
