A huge thank you to the shoppers at the Charity Knit Sale on Saturday that raised just over $1800, which has been divided between Alzheimer’s Tairāwhiti, Multiple Sclerosis Gisborne East Coast, Gisborne Concert Band and Gisborne Civic Brass Band.

Many thanks to all those who donated knitting as without your support we could not provide the lovely, low-cost new handknits for our babies and children.

To the media and social media outlets, we truly appreciate your support.

And finally to all the volunteers who helped on the day — thank you.
