Jackknife on Back Ormond Road

JACKKNIFE: Emergency services say the occupants of this ute escaped injury when it and the trailer it was towing jackknifed on Saturday evening and hit a power pole. Picture supplied

THE accident happened on Back Ormond Road near the Hansen Road corner at about 6pm on Saturday.

“The pole will have to be replaced,” a senior firefighter said. “We diverted traffic around the accident scene until it was cleared.”
