Surely health, like education, housing, justice, employment, transport ki era atu ano hoki are Article 3 citizenship rights under the Treaty of Waitangi.
Lady Moxon and her time-wasting mates know this, but choose to confuse and divide New  Zealanders by pushing personal agendas under the cloak of Maori sovereignty Article 2 rights.
When did forests, fisheries, lands and other properties have anything to do with hospital waiting lists, dentist, GP or prescription costs?
The Honourable Dr Shane Reti understands this and should be applauded for demolishing this ivory tower doomed from the day it was conceived.
