Beef and Lamb NZ's ‘What's the Beef' roadshow will run across 10 New Zealand locations for the commercial beef farmer in March. The aim is to educate farmers about the added value and increased profitability that breeding quality beef can have on their business. 'These events will feature the importance of beef's eating qualities, what processors look for in a carcass, how nutrition management can help, and the important role that high-performance genetics play in the equation,' a B+LNZ spokesman said. The event for the Gisborne-Wairoa region will be held in Wairoa on March 3, 10am–1.30pm. File picture
