Great team in Geriatric Unit

Am I missing something regarding the pending demolition of the “Old Maternity Base Hospital”?

Correct me if I am wrong, but to my knowledge there has been no mention of the old “Geriatric Unit” that was on the 3rd floor.

We were a great team of nurses, who worked tirelessly in caring for the elderly — many of whom were parents or grandparents within our community.

Without modern-day equipment, we ensured that the best of care was given to our patients.

Do we not deserve a mention? We were definitely part of that bygone era.
