New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME) has announced Gold FM in Gisborne is to switch frequencies with
feel-good music radio station Coast.
From Monday, May 1, Coast will broadcast on 106.1FM, and Gold FM will switch to the Coast frequency at 88.3FM.
“Coast is a much-loved radio station up and
down the country, and we’ve made the decision to change it to be broadcast on a more prominent, far-reaching frequency,” said NZME Gisborne’s Treva Rice.
