On a walk yesterday I crossed the Stanley Road footbridge and saw two supermarket trolleys in the river. I then crossed the Grundy Street footbridge and saw two more supermarket trolleys, a bicycle and a hospital-quality wheelchair in the stream.
What possesses halfwits to do such a thing?
