For her We Light Fire tour, Julia Deans made it her mission to find a female support in each centre she is performing in. For her show at the Dome tomorrow night, Deans has chosen Kaaterama Pou. Rob Ruha has described the 2017 Waiata Maori Music Award’s Best Emerging Artist as “the Maori Whitney Houston”.
