This rhubarb relish does not last long at Nan’s house so she tends to
double the recipe.
“I have made this when rhubarb is aplenty. I have never been able to keep up with my supply as it is a definite favourite with everyone,” says Nan.
“It’s lovely with sausages and any meats, also on crackers with cheese.
Even the kids love it. I have also given it away as Christmas gifts in lovely little jars with a ribbon.”
