½ cup soft brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

¼ cup condensed milk

¾ cup M&Ms

Method

Take the butter in a bowl. Add both the powdered sugar and soft brown sugar. Whisk them well until light and fluffy.

Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence. Mix them for a minute.

At this stage add the all-purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder, and knead them to form a soft dough.

Now add the M&Ms to the dough.

Take two tablespoons of dough and roll between your palms to form a nice round ball and press it to flatten. You can add more M&Ms to decorate them.
