R&B and hip-hop artists Richie Cattell and Darnell Wilson perform at the Dome on Saturday as part of their Light it Up Tour. The duo have worked with international and national artists such as Bow Wow, Sean Kingston, Mya, and G-Eazy. Having starting his career on New Zealand’s Got Talent
Cattell found major success in the national and international R&B scene. His 2018 duo album Still Stuck peaked at number four on the official New Zealand music charts.
Often compared to Chris Brown, Wilson has also found success within the local and international R&B and hip-hop scene. He has featured on some of RnBass’s radio podcasts and on the Elevate (Super Remix) that in 2017 showcased a top line-up of New Zealand hip-hop heavy weights and future up and comers
