Pohutukawa Tree rehearsals

Rehearsals have started for Evolution Theatre Company’s production of Bruce Mason’s New Zealand classic, The Pohutukawa Tree, but the company still needs two men for key roles. One is Doc Lomas, an old Scotsman and healer. The other is the play’s antagonist Mr Atkinson, a married, middle-aged bloke who owns the orchard that sits on what used to be iwi land.
