A demon controls a game of Truth or Dare, forcing players to reveal their darkest secrets or perform deadly dares.

Avengers: Infinity War (2D, 3D)

The Avengers join forces with the Guardians of the Galaxy to stop Thanos from amassing the all-powerful Infinity

Stones. Stars Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo.

The Breaker Upperers

New Zealand comedy film about a two-woman agency that will break up relationships, for a fee. Madeleine Sami and

Jackie van Beek are the co-writers, co-directors and co-stars of a film that also stars James Rolleston as a “hot-but-

dumb teenage rugby-head Lothario”. Jemaine Clement has a cameo and Taika Waititi is an executive producer.

Sweet Country

An Aboriginal farmhand shoots a white man in self-defence and goes on the run in 1920s Northern Territory outback.

Peter Rabbit

Beatrix Potter’s mischievous rabbit gets a live action/computer-animated update.

DOME CINEMAMr Stein Goes Online

French-language film about 75-year-old widower Pierre, who joins an online dating site using a picture of the young

man teaching him computer basics. Asked to go on a date, Pierre asks the computer expert to go in his place.

The Breaker Upperers

New Zealand film about professional relationship-enders. See synopsis above.

Lost in Paris

Dominique Abel and Fiona Gordon star as an oddly egotistical vagabond and a small-town Canadian librarian.

Ghost

Romantic thriller starring Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore as lovers separated by death but reunited through a

psychic (Whoopi Goldberg, in supporting-actress Oscar-winning form). These three combine to foil plans of bad guys

responsible for the death.

Where There is Life

Free-entry film, presented by Hospice Tairawhiti, following the journey of Margaret Lee, husband Stephen and

daughter Imogen after Margaret is diagnosed with motor neurone disease.
