Ingredients:Crumble:

175 grams butter, softened

1 cup coconut

1¼ cup rolled oats

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup flour

Fruit:

1 tbsp custard powder

2 tsp vanilla essence

3 tsp cinnamon

Feijoa 4-6 cups (depending on size of dish)

Apple 6-7 cups (use as base, add other fruit)

Method:Mix all crumble ingredients in bowl using your fingers (not a food processor).Place fruit in a bowl, sprinkle all other ingredients over and mix to combine.Arrange in bottom of dish and cover with crumble.Bake at 170ºC for about an hour or until golden brown and fruit bubbling around sides of dish.
