UNDER THE SEA: Art has brought an old building to life along Kahutia Street with four murals covering the Cook Stores building after local artist Kelly Spencer got busy with a few friends. As part of a Gizzy Local project, Spencer has created a series of paintings based on what the ocean means to the community.
