When a plant is named ‘Baby Toes' (Fenestraria aurantiaca), it is guaranteed to be adorable! Their tiny, tightly packed club-like leaves look like many little toes poking out of the soil — it may sound a little creepy, but it's seriously cute (just trust us)! Plus, in summer, stunning yellow-white flowers appear from the middle of the clumps, taking this baby to the next level! Baby toes certainly live up to the hype and are a must-have for your indoor succulent oasis.

Choose a pot just deeper than the existing root-ball and position indoors in a brightly lit spot, or outdoors sheltered from the harsh afternoon sun.

Partially fill the pot with quality potting mix, such as Yates Thrive Cacti Succulent Potting Mix.

Remove the plant from the container and gently tease the roots.

Position in the pot and backfill with potting mix, gently firming down. Water in lightly.

Feed lightly with Yates Thrive Plant Food Spikes Cacti & Succulents in Spring.

Avoid having the plants sit in water as they don't like having wet feet.

Baby toes can grow well outdoors in a pot, if sheltered from heavy rains and the hot afternoon sun.

They are best grown in shallow pots as a feature plant or together with other succulents such as Haworthia spp.
