Tauranga mother-of-four Kat Hamill was first diagnosed with ADHD when she was living in America in 2015, aged 28. But she didn't get medication that worked for her so she stopped taking it. She returned to Tauranga in 2021 and developed a severe binge-eating disorder, which she believes was linked to her untreated ADHD.
