The All Blacks Sevens' shock loss to Canada in Tokyo over the weekend is being seen as a timely wake-up call to the New Zealand Women's team.

Round four of the Western Bay of Plenty Premier and Development grades kicks off tomorrow after a break over Easter, with Central and Eastern Bay into round three of their competitions.

This Sunday's Tauranga Half Marathon is set to be a record-breaker with more than 1100 competitors expected to toe the start line.
