Record numbers of men and women pushed themselves to their physical limits at New Zealand's biggest ever CrossFit event held at the ASB Arena, Baypark, during Labour Weekend. The Mount CrossFit National Teams Competition attracted 84 teams and was a huge success with large crowds of spectators attending. JOEL FORD was there.

Katikati Black Panthers rounded off a memorable season with a 7-1 victory over a gallant Bethlehem College Lasers team at Bethlehem College on Saturday morning. The win was the last game of the season in the Western Bay under-10 division and Katikati finished up as the top team in the competition.
