A Whanganui organisation is offering a whopping $400,000 in grant funding for a project to help children and young people.
But it will need to be an extra special project.
The Whanganui Community Foundation has invited applications for what it calls a High Investment - High Community Engagement Grant.
Up to $100,000 each year for up to four years is available for a community project which supports vulnerable children aged up to age five years, and/or at-risk youth aged 12 to 24.
Foundation chair Alaina Teki-Clark says a grant will be made for "an innovative and strategic project" aiming to make "a real difference" for children or young people.
