Whanganui Girls College cleaned up in the University of Otago Sheilah Winn Shakespeare Festival, held in Whanganui last weekend.
The school won two of the three awards on offer at the regional festival.
Mel Logue won the award for the best five-minute piece directed by a student; while Grace Howe won for best 15-minute piece jointly directed by a student and teacher.
Feilding High School student Nyah Twoomey won the best actor award.
Four schools, 120 students and 22 different acts took the stage at Whanganui Girls' College for festival, which has been an annual event since 2007.
