They are the identical sychronised swimming twins who do everything together and even having match boob jobs.
And Bia and Branca Feres will be hoping their closeness will help them out as they go for gold at the Olympics for the host nation Brazil in the sychronised swimming team event.
The sisters, aged 28, are celebrities in their native Brazil and win or lose at the Games, they have a string of modelling and TV presenting jobs lined up for after the competition.
They caught the nation's attention after posting a series of very revealing and sychronised Instagram pictures, showing their lives together.
This includes working out together in the gym, practising their sychronised swimming routines and even sleeping together in the same bed at night.
However, it was their matching breast enlargement procedures that made waves in the Brazilian media and has since seen them appear on several reality TV shows.
But despite snapping regular twin selfies and their modelling and TV jobs, they have also found time to qualify for the Rio Games.
And today as part of the Brazilian team, they will be hoping to knock the dominant Russians off the top spot in the sport after making the Olympics at the third time of asking.
In 2008, the twins missed out in competing at the Beijing Games after another Brazilain pair qualified ahead of them.
Three years later, they decided to retire from the sport and undergo cosmetic surgery and focus on their modelling careers.
This meant they also missed the 2012 Games that were staged in London.
But with the opportunity to compete at a home games in Rio, Bia and Branca came out of retirement and both managed to land places on the Olympic team.
