She said regardless of what stage of life - whether you're looking for your first job after leaving school, returning to work after children or simply looking for a change in career - the workshop would teach women how to set themselves up for success in any situation.
The workshop is split into two parts. The first half will be run by Ms Powell and cover how to determine want you want to achieve in life and how to make it happen.
"An important part of the session is the goal setting. To make changes you need to be clear with want you want to achieve. But more importantly you need to break down the steps to achieve them."
Time "management" was another important topic covered in the workshop.
"Crucial to success is time-mapping. We all lead busy lives so attendees will leave with a range of time management techniques that will make a difference to their lives and help them achieve success," Ms Powell said.
The workshop takes a holistic view on women achieving success and recognises that personal brand and style are an important part of a woman's confidence.
Rotorua's personal brand coach Leanne Mulcahy will lead part of the workshop with tips on personal branding.
"What's unique about this workshop is that it recognises a woman's self-confidence is intrinsically linked to her appearance. So part of the session provides tips on personal brand including style, make-up and hair."
The workshop is limited to 10 people to ensure everyone gets one-on-one time with the presenters. It is being held on Saturday, February 14, from 10am to 1pm at Flair Space on Haupapa St.
Cost is $95 and $5 of each registration is donated to breast cancer. To register contact office@in2ucoaching.com.
