Makes 3 loaves
• 4 tsp DYC yeast
• 6 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 cups warm water
1. Put all of the above in a bowl and leave for about 20 minutes.
2. Then add 4 cups plain flour and stir. Leave for an hour.
3. Add 4 cups more flour, and add more when kneading to make a nice dough (8 cups plain flour in total).
4. Put into a dish and bake for a hour in oven at 150C.
This recipe can make fried bread as well.
