There appears to have been tension between drivers after a minor crash in central Auckland.
Newstalk ZB host Jack Tame said he saw it unfold on Karangahape Rd near Howe St.
"Bus beeped aggressively at double-parked VW," he tweeted.
"Driver of VW reversed into bus. Police here now."
An employee at The Bake Pod said the car was driving really slowly in front of the bus. She said the driver of the bus tooted quite a lot and then got out and yelled a warning at the driver of the car.
Police were at the scene and one lane was blocked, she said.
A police spokeswoman confirmed a police officer was flagged down about 11.20am.
She said the car had been waiting for a car park and rolled back into the bus.
She said it appeared the bus driver held his horn down for quite a while but there was no anger from either party.
The damage to the vehicles was minor, she said.
