A woman who police say drove with nearly four times the legal alcohol limit was allegedly contravening her zero alcohol drivers licence.
Hilda Kirkwood, 59, appeared in Whangarei District Court today on a charge of driving with an excess breath alcohol level and another charge of contravening her zero alcohol licence which carries a penalty of three months jail or a fine of up to $4500.
