Police and a fire crew are at Auckland's North Shore this evening after a person became stranded in a park reserve when their mobility scooter broke down.
The Fire Service was called to the scene, on Northboro Rd, just before 5.30pm. Police were also called to the site.
A northern
fire communications spokesman said they were required to assist removing the scooter.
The owner of the scooter was not injured and an ambulance was not required, he said.
They were found on a track about 500m down from the main road.
