A fire at Auckland Hospital has now been contained.
Ten crews were called to the fire shortly before 7pm today.
Fire shift spokeswoman Megan Ruru said it was contained to an air conditioning unit in a toilet on level three of the hospital's main building.
No one needed to be evacuated and there were no injuries, she said.
Fire crews are now leaving the scene.
