Bail conditions for a Malaysian diplomat facing assault and burglary charges have been finalised today.
Muhammad Rizalman, 38, appeared at Wellington District Court this morning charged with burglary and assault with intent to commit sexual violation.
The charges related to events that allegedly happened at the home of Tania Billingsley on May 9.
Last week Rizalman was granted bail and today Judge Bruce Davidson finalised his bail conditions.
Rizalman was remanded on bail to an undisclosed address and was also required to surrender his passport, have an overnight curfew, have no contact with the complainant and not travel to Newtown, Berhampore or Cuba St.
