Solicitor General appointed High Court judge

Solicitor-General David Collins QC has been appointed as a judge to the High Court at Wellington.

Before his appointment as Solicitor-General in 2006, Justice Collins was chairman of ACC, and the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal.
