Online influencer Madalin Giorgetta Frosdam, has revealed pictures of her body after piling on 4kg over the past two years, with a focus on putting that weight behind her.
The personal trainer, who has an online following of 343,000 changed the shape of her glutes by consuming extra calories and doing exercises to target the area.
She achieved her goal with the help of the "glute guy", a 28-year-old from Perth, who set her on her intensive regime.
Madalin told The Sun: "Bret has been a trainer for more than 20 years and his PhD was around glute training - he knows glutes like no other. I always thought deadlifts and squats were the best way to bigger glutes, but after reading his studies, research and books, I'm obsessed with hip thrusting, glute bridges and resistance bands."
Since implementing these in her routine Madalin has seen a noticeable difference in the size of her derriere.
She also upped her calorie intake from 1,800 to 2,300 which she says helped her gain weight in the area.
Madalin believes the biggest mistake people make in regards to fitness is believing they need to focus on cardio.
"If you're trying to lose body fat, muscle burns calories. You need to implement a resistance training with compound movements and progressive overload," she said.
She also adds that those wanting to lose body fat should start with a few weight training sessions, but mainly focus on getting their diet sorted first.
"It can be overwhelming to count macros so just focus on getting enough protein into your diet and eating in a calorie deficit."
Her biggest advice to aspiring fitness junkies is to pick up weights and leave the cardio behind for good.
"Ditch the treadmill for weights.
"You're going to build curves, feel strong and maybe even learn to love working out."
Madalin is now planning to release a fitness guide and is studying to be a nutrition coach.
