Skin on the neck and decolletage is fragile. It's thinner than on the face and has fewer sebaceous glands and less fat support, making it prone to drying, sagging and ageing. Ignore it at your peril, because once the damage is done, it's difficult to reverse without expensive cosmetic procedures.
