Liv Tyler, who gave birth to her son last month six weeks early, stars in Proenza Schouler's new spring campaign video, Legs Are Not Doors.
The then-pregnant 37-year-old shows off her baby bump wearing the label's new collection, alongside the likes of Chloë Sevigny, and models Liya Kebede and Fei Fei Sun.
"I've always loved being a woman," the actress says in the film.
"I've never wanted to be a man. But I definitely think it has its challenges."
Directed by Harley Weir and Jen Brill and styled by Sara Moonves, the short fashion film, which will be released in full tomorrow, is inspired by Glenn O'Brien's TV Party.
Expressing themselves in their own way, each girl - outfitted in Proenza Schouler's bright spring 2015 clothes - has her own shtick in the film: some girls tell secrets, some eat sandwiches, and others just stare into the camera.
Other models include Binx Walton, Laura Love, Olympia Scarry, Raina Hamner, Solveig Almaas, and India Menuez.
Tyler gave birth to a healthy baby boy on February 11 - the first child for Liv and her boyfriend, sports manager/agent David Gardner.
"He's healthy and everyone is very happy," her rep told People magazine.
The baby boy joined Milo, ten, and Gray, seven, the couple's children from previous marriages.
"The most fun thing about being pregnant is having those mom hormones flowing around," she told Town & Country.
"You're more present in your body, and it's making me a better mother for Milo."
