It's been another fabulously busy week on Life & Style.

We've continued to bravely put our bellies on the line for the Dirty Dining Diaries and have made it to the 10 day mark. We've been brewing up plenty of green tea to keep the digestive system at peak performance, and we're looking forward to returning to a cleaner, greener life next month.

We had psychologist Nigel Latta in the office for a chat about blended families, and next week we'll continue on that topic with a blog from Shelley Bridgeman.

We also have a cool new blog, Modern Musings, in which we pick the brains of two sassy young Kiwis - this week we're talking about selfies.

I hope you've enjoyed all our content this week and I look forward to sharing plenty more pieces to engage and inspire. Check out my video below to find out what's in store next week.

Have a great weekend!
