Serves 4
2 large mangoes
1 drinking coconut
6 ice cubes
Thick yoghurt
1/4 cup cashew nuts, roasted and salted
2 passionfruit
1 Peel the mangoes, slice off the flesh and put into a blender. Cut the top off the coconut and pour the water into the blender. Add the ice, and blend while adding enough yoghurt until you have the desired consistency.
2 Pour into chilled tumblers and top with cashews and a spoonful of passionfruit. Serve with a spoon.
