600ml cream, chilled
1 tsp vanilla essence
400g can condensed milk
150g pkt Cookies & Cream biscuits, roughly crushed
Pour cream into a bowl and beat until just thickened. Add condensed milk and vanilla and stir thoroughly. Gently toss through cookie pieces and pour into a freezer-proof container. Freeze for at least four hours.
