Long gone, it seems, are her innocent days playing brainy pupil Hermione Granger.
For Harry Potter actress Emma Watson has revealed that she holds a subscription to an explicit website offering sex tips.
The 25-year-old star explained that she paid a £40 ($84) sign-up charge to join the site OMGYES.com - with the OMG standing for "Oh My God".
In an interview with 81-year-old feminist writer Gloria Steinem, the Oxford-educated actress said a friend had first introduced her to OMGYES, and insisted the site was "worth" the money. The subscription-based website claims there are 12 techniques that can help women reach orgasm, and features a series of videos showing women talking candidly about the sexual techniques.
Over 20,000 people have signed up to the site so far, around half of whom are men. The US-based website claims to be carrying out academic research, saying: "Let's lift the veil and take an honest look at the specific ways women find pleasure." Their research is based on a survey of around 1000 women and separate interviews with 1000 women on the subject of their sexual history.
Speaking about the site, the actress, who is reportedly worth more than £30 million, said: "I wish it had been around longer. Definitely check it out. It's expensive but it's worth it."
In her role as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, Miss Watson has become a spokesman for women's rights and is currently working with the UN to promote campaigns around the globe. She was speaking to Miss Steinem to promote the launch of her feminist book club.
