An Australian actor who starred in some of the country's most popular TV series has pleaded guilty to child sex offences, according to Australia's Courier Mail newspaper.
Former Neighbours star Jeremy Kewley appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court today, pleading guilty to several charges, including indecent act with a child under 16, indecent assault and producing child pornography.
A career actor, Kewley is a familiar face to many, having starred in Blue Heelers, Underbelly and Stingers.
According to the Courier Mail, a court previously heard allegations Kewley lured young boys to his home under the pretence of a screen test, where some were allegedly molested.
Police allegedly found videos of the screen tests, which featured the boys simulating sex acts, on Kewley's computer along with other objectionable material.
