Liam Gallagher has told fans not to bother buying the upcoming reissue of Oasis' debut album, Definitely Maybe.

Posting on Twitter, he said:

It was announced last week the album would be re-released with added rare and unreleased recordings to celebrate its 20th anniversary in May.

Among the bonus content comes previously unheard acoustic versions of tracks Live Forever and Shakemaker, an early demo of Half The World Away recorded in a Tokyo hotel room and a demo of rarity Strange Thing.

The band's follow-up albums What's The Story (Morning Glory)? and Be Here Now will be reissued later in the year.

Gallagher also used Twitter to announce his new band, Beady Eye, have split from their management.
