Save The Broadcasting Standards Authority has dismissed a complaint about One News showing footage of Miley Cyrus `twerking'.
The singer performed the provocative dance on the MTV Video Music Awards, while wearing a nude-coloured PVC bikini.
The BSA received complaints it was inappropriate for broadcast during the news.
However, it's ruled
that while it was not to everyones taste, it was relatively brief in the context of the item.
It says it was also relevant in illustrating why the twerking incident generated worldwide media attention.
