The stars came out in Wellington last night for the New Zealand premiere of The World's End.
Stars of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings joined the British comedy duo behind The World's End, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.
Elijah Wood, Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch and James Nesbitt were in town to film for Sir Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy.
Martin Freeman, who starred as Bilbo Baggins, also appears in the new film and turned out as thousands thronged the red carpet along Courtenay Place.
Sir Peter introduced the movie to a packed audience at the Embassy Theatre.
The movie opens on July 18.
