Pop star Lana Del Rey has topped off a stellar year by being crowned Woman of the Year by GQ magazine.
The singer - who released her hit album Born To Die earlier this year, featuring the hit single Video Games - received the award at a star-studded event in London.
The magazine said Del Rey was a "true pop star in her own right".
"Having provoked equal amounts of debate and outrage throughout an incredible year, she fufills one of the key requirements for any good pop star: She gets talked about.
"Truly 2013 is hers for the taking."
Other highlights in 2012 for Del Rey include writing a screenplay, starring in a video alongside hyped rapper A$AP Rocky, winning International Breakthrough Act at the Brti Awards, and reportedly dating both Marilyn Manson and Axl Rose.
GQ also named Robbie Williams its Icon of the Year, Aaron Sorkin its Writer of the Year, Sir Tom Jones Legend of the Year and gave Bradley Wiggins its Lifetime Achievement award.
