The convicted child sex offender accused of going on the run after cutting off his electronic monitoring bracelet has made an appearance at a court hearing this afternoon.
Daniel Livingstone appeared in the Hutt Valley District Court today, where he pleaded not guilty to charges relating to breaching the conditions of his release.
Today, Livingstone had a further charge laid against him by police.
The charge, was that Livingstone was found in a Lower Hutt building without reasonable excuse, while allegedly on the run earlier this month.
It is alleged Livingstone was on the run, after removing his electronic monitoring bracelet.
