LOCATION: Corner of Mount Maunganui Rd and Banks Ave.

COMPLETION: End of 2016

Will include one major tenant, a restaurant and convenience retail - including national retailers.

Papamoa Plaza
Papamoa Plaza

PROJECT: Papamoa Plaza upgrade and extension.

LOCATION: Gravatt Rd, Papamoa

COST: $20m

COMPLETION: (Stage 2) September 2016

New food court and about 20 new shops. The final stage, is due for completion at the end of 2017 and will include a block of big national retailers. Once completed the plaza will include 50 shops, a village green space,evening dining that could cater for four to five restaurants and 700 carparks.

COMPLETION: September 2016

Includes a health centre, childcare centre, gym, hairdressers, beauty therapist and cafe. Construction of the neighbouring Lizvan Welie Aquatic Centre is due to begin in 2016.
