Finding balance isn't always easy, especially as we head into the silly season. There's work, life, kids, friends, family and finances. After a while you even have to schedule in the fun.
But sometimes life can get so off track that you feel like you need to hit the pause button. Mount Maunganui's Jenny Minogue knows exactly how that feels.

After some serious soul-searching, Jenny chose to make a drastic change in her career and lifestyle.
