Breast cancer horse trek fundraiser

Seventy-two riders mounted up on Saturday to ride in support of a breast cancer fundraiser.

Organised by Carol Rickards, the one-day trek raised about $3500 for the Louise Perkins Foundation's "Sweet Louise" programme, and would be put to use helping women in the Wanganui-Manawatu-Rangitikei-Central Hawke's Bay area. Photographer Tracey Grant tried not to spook the horses when she joined the trek to take these pictures.
