Gallery: Teachers protest
Around sixty Primary principals, teachers and support staff gathered outside Whanganui MP Chester Borrows’ office in Victoria Ave at 7.30am on Friday morning to deliver the their alternative plan to the government’s IES policy. The protest was part of a nationwide effort by NZEI members and educators visited electorate offices around the country to deliver letters supporting an alternative pathway to MPs.
